Good at analysing problems, creating order and providing solutions. Professional background: social scientist, communication advisor and mediator, additional training in financial and process management.
I have managed (international) teams and a volunteer organisation, coordinated lobby processes, carried out capacity building in Eastern Europe and the Balkans, developed and managed EU research projects, participated in policy reporting processes by the European Commission and the Council of Europe. I feel equally at ease managing a team, facilitating a workshop, lobbying parliamentarians, starting up an international project or mediating between the different parties in a conflict.
I am especially interested in knowledge management, partnership development, stakeholder participation, conflict analysis, mediation, interactive policy development, strategic communication and the interaction between research and policy.
